Verizon Math FAIL!
I’m not a mathematician either, but I would think that if I were Verizon and billing customers was my business, then I would train people to know how to convert cents to dollars. Imagine if you this conversation was between someone who uses a LOT of internet bandwidth…both of the representatives would be SCREWED!

Seriously, that’s the downside to being unfuckwithably smart. This is how you feel with half the people you meet. It’s frustrating. Makes you want to smack a puppy…with a kitten.
