Verizon Math FAIL!
I’m not a mathematician either, but I would think that if I were Verizon and billing customers was my business, then I would train people to know how to convert cents to dollars. Imagine if you this conversation was between someone who uses a LOT of internet bandwidth…both of the representatives would be SCREWED!
